You Are More Than Your Day Job x Babygirl

It’s our second part in our series of “You’re more than your day job.” We started this project due to us working with so many talented and hard working people. We’re excited about introducing members of our team, their talents and side hustles.

Next up is Bex! She’s our eCommerce and Marketing Manger here in store. Bex is also the founder of Babygirl Studio, a bespoke hand-painted clothing brand that we have here at ATIKA. Babygirl was founded in 2017 after an influencer asked Bex to make a hand-painted vintage jacket for her for London Fashion Week. The rest is history!

I like football shirts because they are techy, fun and exotic.

Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Kappa, Puma. Since the 1980’s football shirts (kit, jersey) have been at the vanguard of sports product design. Fast drying fabrics, materials that you can’t grab a hold of or that stretch and snap back (Italian defenders take note,) cooling features. It's techwear, isn’t it?
